Juba Film Festival: Filmmaker Encourages Creativity amid Ongoing Conflict

In South Sudan, one man's passion is encouraging more people in the war-torn country to venture into film production.

Simon Bingo founded the Juba Film Festival last year. The second edition had been scheduled for July, but was disrupted by clashes between government and opposition forces. The festival is a beacon of hope amid the ongoing violence in the country. CGTN's Patrick Oyet reports.
