This handbook was developed out of Internews’ Voice Up! project in Côte d’Ivoire in order to help community service organizations (CSOs) and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) improve their media outreach and advocacy in media and social networks. The handbook has been distributed to all of Internews’ partners in Côte d’Ivoire.
