Uganda has seen tremendous growth in mobile penetration, and access to the Internet. Pollicy, a group of technologists, data scientists, creatives and academics looking to innovate government service delivery across Africa, conducted a survey of women in the Kampala area to better understand their attitudes toward digital security.

This report compiles 300 in-person interviews, providing a look at how women perceive their digital identities and respond to threats online.
