WEIBA hosted four workshops on digital rights targeted at local artists. They provided mentorship and follow-up support to these artists new to the digital rights space. Following these workshops, the artists produced works on the topic of digital rights. WEIBA held the Internet Freedom Art Festival in Buenos Aires on April 7, 2018 to showcase these pieces. WEIBA published photos from the workshops and exhibition, as well as the art itself, at https://myalbum.com/Weiba.

Through the mentorship process and follow-ups, they provided a total of 200 hours of mentorship to 19 artists. The organization received 32 artistic works from young and emerging artists, displayed at the exhibition alongside explanatory texts.
