Internews, ICNL and FHI 360 led the creation of CivicSpace.tech, an interactive site which explains how specific technologies are used in civic space, the risks and opportunities for users of these technologies, and the broader technology trends in the Democracy, Human Rights and Governance (DRG) space.
CivicSpace.tech is intended to equip civil society, governmental and other actors with information they need to participate in decision-making conversations about technology in development programming and to protect their interests in the quickly changing digital landscape.
CivicSpace.tech is supported by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) as part of the Strengthening Civil Society Globally (SCS Global) Program.
