This case study discusses holistic approaches to ending sexual harassment against women journalists. The report was produced by ARTICLE 19/ the PROTECT consortium, which includes Internews. The coalition’s work on addressing workplace sexual harassment combines short-term support for the women targeted, medium-term policy development for media houses, and longer-term work with male ambassadors to reform the policies, behaviors, and practices necessary to prevent sexual harassment.
