Newsroom Handbook: A Conflict Sensitive Approach to Election Reporting

This handbook brings together principles of conflict sensitive journalism with practical strategies for election reporting to explore how media workers can play a role in protecting and promoting free and fair elections. The handbook was developed for the Liberia Media Development (LMD) program elections activities targeted to Liberia editors and newsroom staff. It was written by Peter Du Toit with editing assistance and layout by Arwen Kidd, both long-standing media consultants for Internews
