COVID-19

The  WHO  named COVID-19 to describe the respiratory disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The name is an acronym for “coronavirus disease of 2019″ indicating the year in which the virus was discovered in China.

Its symptoms include sore throat, cough, fever or chills, shortness of breath, fatigue, nausea or vomiting, running nose, headache, anosmia, acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), and blood clots.
