Self-isolation

When a person has tested positive for a virus (such as SARS-Cov-2) and voluntarily decides to stay at home or indoors to prevent infecting others.

It is important to wear a mask and maintain physical distancing from people living in the same home or indoors who have other medical conditions such as heart disease, or diabetes, and the elderly, as they are more vulnerable to COVID-19.
